Order
Placement
Orders
can be placed 24 hours a day/7 days a week on-line or by phone
at our regular store hours. Orders will be shipped within
2 - 3 days of placement. You will be contacted immediately
should an item you order be discontinued or out of stock.
Should an item you order on-line be unavailable, your credit
card will be credited for the item(s), any applicable sales tax,
and your shipping charges will be recalculated.
Shipping
Renee
Katherine's Skin and Body Care offers a variety of shipping methods including the U.S.
Postal Service, UPS, and a Will Call option for those who want
to save shipping charges and pick up their items from the salon.
Returns
Renee
Katherine's Skin and Body Care should be notified within 10 days of receiving your
order should you wish to make any returns. Returns will be
accepted for the following reasons:

dissatisfaction
with the quality of the merchandise

receipt
of merchandise that was not part of your order

if
the merchandise is defective

if
the merchandise was not what you expected
Renee
Katherine's Skin and Body Care will happily replace damaged or defective merchandise at
no cost to you. Simply notify Renee Katherine's Skin and
Body Care of your
return and a call tag will be issued and merchandise replaced
(if you desire). All items must be returned in original
packaging.
For
other returns, place returned items in original packaging and
return (at your expense) the items to:

merchandise and associated sales taxes. Original shipping
